Why Cartloop

Most tools have focused on one-off text marketing, without creating any value for end customers. This has generated an email-like approach that doesn't have the customers' best interest at heart.

At Cartloop, we understand that people don't buy things because someone tapped them on the shoulder and told them to. We buy from people we trust, like and with whom we're connected, because on some deeper level they understand us.

Our mission

While growing an eCommerce brand, we often automate as much as possible. But along the way, we lose a key part of what originally made us successful: a meaningful connection with our customers.

We are bringing the real-world experience of being in a store to the online medium. We are building channels that empower people to understand their audience deeper, and connect with them fully. We're building quality connections through one-on-one interactions.
