What type of phone numbers does Cartloop use?

Which channels do you support?

At the moment we support SMS. With Cartloop you can run both sales and marketing via SMS.

Is there any minimum volume required or commitment?

No, you only pay for the plan that includes the number of credits you need (from 2 credits per text for the US). There's no minimum volume required, no commitment, and no set-up fees.

Is Cartloop TCPA and GDPR compliant?

How do we communicate together?

Email, and chat. We use dedicated Slack channels to communicate with brands that go with the Full Conversational Package. If you don't use Slack, your Success Manager is always available via email, live chat or phone. You can track in real-time your performance, costs and other useful statistics on your dashboard.

How do I get onboard?

It's simple! You can get onboard yourself and book your first strategy call for free. Otherwise, with clients that go with the Full Conversational Solution we set up an onboarding call (max 30 minutes). Your Success Manager will send you a form with a list of questions to cover all important points (eg: your way of working, tone of voice). With all the answers you give us and your existing documentation (if you have some), your Success Manager will build your Knowledge Base. You can always edit it. After that, we train our agents and we're up to speed in 24h. If there's something we're unsure of, we'll be in touch right away to make sure everything is resolved as fast as possible.

When does Cartloop text my customers?

Cartloop Agents engages with your customers 24/7 during day time. Your customers will not be receiving texts from us during quiet hours, which is anytime between 9pm to 10am in their respective time zone.

Which processes can you manage?

Cartloop Agents handle the most frequently asked customer questions, even the most complex and provide personalized recommendations. These are some examples of inquiries we handle for our clients: order management, technical support, user management, product information, promotions and discounts, unique selling points, and many more.

What about processes that you don’t manage?

We support your ticketing tools, without the hassle of lengthy integration: Zendesk and Gorgias. When there’s a process like a customer wanting a refund or received a damaged product, we will seamlessly send that conversation to your ticketing tool, so you can easily provide the best resolution.

Who are your agents? Where are they based?

All conversations will be run by native humans. They are all carefully selected, with years of eCommerce and retail experience, trained and managed to ensure consistently high quality.

Do I need Cartloop Agents full time?

If I change a process or run a promotion, how can I let you know?

You have access to your knowledge base in the Cartloop app. You can edit a process there anytime or simply contact your success manager or our customer support members via email or the live chat bubble in the app.
